I scheduled an air conditioner maintenance visit with Cool Freeze – OIB.
It has been a very positive experience. Everyone I’ve talked to from the owner, the receptionist, Janice and the tech, Glenn were professional, reliable, and friendly. The day Glenn was here, it was raining. Glenn took the time to thoroughly check the unit, both indoors and out. He found an issue and did the repair, and explained what had needed to be done to keep the unit functioning efficiently. I highly recommend Kool Freeze – OIB.

Kool Freeze is my best vendor and has been for years!!! I run a property management company in the Coastal Carolina area and I have a need for a good HVAC vendor I have to say that Kool Freeze is exactly that.
